Please base this on your expectations, we do not force you to buy AB film when you purchase ink. However, our films are more compatible with the ink, and testing is required to use third-party AB films.
Is The Ink Safe For International Shipping?
Yes, our inks provide relevant transportation test certificates and can be safely transported by air and sea.
What Should I Do If The Ink Is Not Dry And Yellowish?
This has to do with the power value of the UV lamp, not dry is too low power, yellowish is too high power.
What Should I Do If There Is A Broken Line Or Brush Bar In Printing?
This is usually caused by a blockage in the print head, you can solve this by cleaning the print head. At the same time check whether the ink cart has been collision.
What If The Printed Colors Don't Match?
Please ensure that the ICC profile for the ink is loaded correctly and that the ink cartridges are installed in the correct order.
