ODM Detailed Diagram
For customers whose orders are being customized, we will record the entire customization process and keep you informed.
Prototype: 7–15 days; Mass production: 25–45 days. Projects involving new enclosures or molds will require an additional 2 – 4 weeks.
While maintaining the core platform, customization options include color schemes, branded exterior components, control panel silkscreen printing, minor firmware parameter adjustments, consumable presets, and localized packaging and manuals.
Structure (chassis/color scheme/panels), functions (nozzle configuration, motherboard firmware parameters), packaging materials, included accessories, UI language, driver/ICC profile adaptation, repair kits and toolkits, etc.
OEM: Typically, a minimum order quantity of 50–100 complete units; Consumables require a minimum of 500–1,000 bottles/rolls per color and capacity.
ODM: More flexible, with complete units starting from 20–50; Consumables depend on color and capacity.
Paid samples are available. Once mass production begins, the sample fee can be deducted or partially refunded according to the agreement. The samples include a basic testing report and remote debugging support.
Yes, we can customize bottle labels, outer boxes, instructions, and QR code traceability. We can also make minor adjustments to viscosity, color gamut, and fluidity (verification required).
