Shipping policy

Shipped Time

  • We need enough time to produce the order, so the default shipping time is within 7 days. If we encounter scheduling problems with large orders, we will contact you at the first time and negotiate the shipping time.
  • Large orders are shipped within 21 days. We will arrange the order of shipment based on the number of products in the order.
  • If there are special circumstances that prevent an item in your order from being produced for a short period of time, we will contact you within the first hour and issue a refund.

Shipping Time

  • Usually it takes 7 to 14 business days to arrive. For machines and consumables, the shipping method will be determined by the quantity in the order, with a maximum delivery time of 30 days. (We will expedite any delays caused by customs issues.)
  • Our default shipment method is air shipment or sea shipment by DHL Express or Fedex Express. In the absence of a request for a mode of transportation, sea shipment is the default.
  • If you purchase ink, powder and other consumables together with the machine, the machine will be transported separately from the liquid and powder according to the transportation policy, so the delivery time is not exactly the same.

Shipping Fee

  • Shipping fees are not included for any of the products, and will be added during purchase.
  • Some remote countries and regions such as Africa and Latin America need to make up part of the freight. The specific standard is subject to the shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Shipping Warehouses

  • We will arrange shipment from the nearest warehouse based on the order's address and real-time warehousing conditions.
  • If the nearest warehouse is not available, we may arrange shipment from China.

Tax

  • Import tax and VAT are not included in the price. If wanna ship from local warehouse directly, please contact with our sales. Thanks!
  • We’ll prepare the documents to assist on the custom clearance. More questions, please contact our sales.

Package

  • Preassembled: your printer's stand, printheads, and ink system are all assembled here by our technicians and then repackaged for freight shipment.
  • The machine is first packaged with transparent plastic film. Then put it into a wooden box and fill the gap with foam to better protect the machine.
