Is There A Warranty On This UV Ink?
There is no concept of warranty for consumables such as ink. But we will provide long-term after-sales service support. As long as you use our ink problems, we will be for you to solve. Using other brands of ink will not enjoy this after-sales service support.
Why Is Varnish Sold Separately From Ink?
Varnish and ink do not have the same cost per bottle and consider the process. Varnish can be used with other brands, ink takes into account the ICC curve and it needs to come in sets to ensure an accurate curve.
What Should I Do If The Ink Is Not Dry And Yellowish?
This has to do with the power value of the UV lamp, not dry is too low power, yellowish is too high power.
What Should I Do If There Is A Broken Line Or Brush Bar In Printing?
This is usually caused by a blockage in the print head, you can solve this by cleaning the print head. At the same time check whether the ink cart has been collision.
What If The Printed Colors Don't Match?
Please ensure that the ICC profile for the ink is loaded correctly and that the ink cartridges are installed in the correct order.
