Is There A Warranty On This DTG Ink?
There is no concept of warranty for consumables such as ink. But we will provide long-term after-sales service support. As long as you use our ink problems, we will be for you to solve. Using other brands of ink will not enjoy this after-sales service support.
What's The Minimum Order Quantity For Fully Custom Packaging?
If you have different requirements in terms of capacity, then the minimum order quantity will follow. Please contact us for minimum order quantity.
How Do I Fix Uneven Printing Or Missing Lines?
Please confirm whether this is caused by restarting printing after the device has been down for a long period of time. Please confirm whether the print head has been crashed during use?
What If The Print Colors Don't Match?
Check if special ink is used, and whether the ink cartridges for special ink are installed in the correct order. Also, verify that the correct ICC profile is loaded.
The Ink Is Still Wet On The Fabric After Printing
Make sure that the substrate has not been sprayed with a treatment solution and dried beforehand. Also check that the ink is not dried twice after printing.
