What If A Portion Of The Image Didn't Transfer Correctly?
Make sure that the vacuum adsorption pressure and temperature time are sufficient. Also make sure that the size of the material is correct and that it is placed in the correct position.
Can This Film Be Used On Any Material?
No. 3D heat sublimation film is only suitable for materials with sublimation coating, such as: ABS, PC, PET, TPU and other plastic parts, metal sublimation plate, coated ceramics. Uncoated materials will not allow the pattern to penetrate or adhere firmly.
How To Judge The Quality Of The Film?
When buying, you can pay attention to: whether it is easy, to fit the curved surface; whether it has, high temperature resistance without warping; whether the ink release rate is high; whether it has non-slip or light adhesive (helps curved surface wrapping); whether the finished color is bright and not off-color.
